Estate cleanout F.A.Q

Do I have to be around for the estate cleanout?

 

While it is always helpful to have somone on the property, we can conduct the cleanout without anyone being there as long as we have access to the property.

 

What do I do with items I do not want removed from the estate?

 

Any items you do not want removed from the estate should be placed in a designated room or rooms and clearly marked so we know not to remove any items from that room.

 

What do you do with the contents of the property?

 

Some items such as trash and debris are bagged and taken to the dump, while other usable items are taken to thrift stores in the area.   

 

Do you move furniture?

 

We will move any furniture, or large items that are not attached to the house, this includes couches, tables, beds, dressers or any other standard furnishinigs. 

 

What do you do with the contents of the property?

 

Some items such as trash and debris are bagged and taken to the dump, while other usable items are taken to thrift stores in the area.   

 

Is there anything you will not move?

 

We do not move anything that is physically attached to the house.   We also do not move any types of hazardous materials or anything we deem unsafe to transport.

 

Do you have emergency estate cleanout services?

 

While we cannot guarantee emergency estate cleanout services, if we are currently not doing any cleanouts, we can do emergency cleanouts, but there are extra charges for this service.   

 

Do you do demolition?

 

We currently do not do any any demolition services.

 

How much do you charge for your cleanouts??

 

When it comes to estate cleanouts, each job is different.  We need to see the property to determine how much work & personell will be needed to complete the job.  Our freeon site quotes are hassle free so make sure you call Walter at 412-519-8404.

 

Will you donate the estate contents to a chairity of our choice?

 

If there is a local chairity near by that you would donate the estate goods to, we are more than happy to drop them off for you.

 

Do you clean the proptery?

 

We will have each room free of clutter, but we do not do any major cleaning of anytime.  Rooms will be swept if possible.
