Anyone who posts an auction item  may add two direct links to their online storefronts on the bottom of the description.  

​

1. Post a clear picture with a detailed description of the item. Any additional pictures must be posted in the comments. Please state starting bid amount of $1 and pick up location in description. (Make sure to include town as we have many towns represented in this group). Seller is also responsible for taking clear pictures of the item and to post if something is broken or missing.

2. No cross posted items. This is an auction site so you are expected to have your item ready and waiting for the person with the winning bid at the end of your auction period.

​

3. Bids start at $1.

​

4. Bids must be in $1 increments (Ex: bid is at $2 the next person can jump it to $4. No cents are allowed).

​

5. Items may be followed by using (.).

​

6.You may bump items every 3 hours. This is the shortest amount of time allowed on any local sites, so please don't abuse this. Please follow your alerts for items you bid on or are trying to sell.

​

7. If, after 1 week, an item hasn't received any bids, it will be deleted.

​

8. All auctions end 24 hours after the last bid.  Sellers must keep track of their own auctions.

​

9. Sellers tag the person who won and the buyer must message the seller. Messages don't always show up in your inbox, so please make sure to check your "other" I
folder as well. (Your "other" folder is only visible from the full desktop site.) Sellers, if you are unable to tag someone, please still post their name as the winner and message them.

​

10. The buyer has 48 hours to respond to the seller and it is up to buyer/seller to make arrangements for pick up. We understand emergencies happen or plans change. Please work together so transactions go smoothly and in a timely manner. 

​

11. If person with winning bid does not contact the seller within 48 hours the seller has 2 options. 

A. Move to the next highest bidder. 
B. Repost item

12. Delete posts after items have been picked up. Please wait until after this has taken place, just in case something falls through.

​

13. Admins are not responsible for broken items sold, people not responding, and people not showing up. (Admins are not responsible for items sold on this site) or for someone being banned due to their behavior.

​

14. Every item is allowed to be sold on this auction site except pornography, firearms, animals, clothes (shoes, hats, and purses are included as clothing), and alcohol/drugs. Any of these items posted will be deleted right away without notification. Like anything, rules and directions should be read before using. 

*It is recommended to take screenshots of winning bids and interactions with buyers/sellers to protect yourself.
